Privacy Policy
Submitted contact, business and financial information is stored in a private hosted database and linked to your signed-in account. Supporting documents are stored privately and require authorized access. Registration notifications are sent to the designated Vyvsai inbox when the email sender is connected. PAN, GST identifiers and supporting documents are not included in notification emails. Phone numbers are confirmed during review. Retention periods, data-rights procedures and the responsible legal entity’s privacy contact still need to be published by Vyvsai.
Terms & Conditions
Financing is subject to each lender’s eligibility criteria, underwriting and approval. No approval, interest rate, disbursement timeline or payout is guaranteed. Channel partner commissions are subject to an agreed arrangement. Final contractual terms require Vyvsai’s approval.
